Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform you that the half-yearly fee of 175€  from 1^st July 2026 to 31^st December 2026 will be charged between 6^th & 10^th July 2026 to those who pay by direct debit.

Those owners who do not pay by direct debit, please find below community bank account details:

Note: According to the minutes, a penalty of 18% of the fee will be applied to all owners who have not paid the whole amount of the fees before August 1^st.

For instance, those people paying on August 1^st shall be penalised.
