Les informamos que la próxima AGO se celebrará el viernes 12 de marzo 2027.
Aquellos propietarios que quieran que se incluya alguna propuesta para ser aprobada y/o quieran pedir autorización para obras en sus viviendas tienen hasta el 15 de enero para enviar a OCSI (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) la propuesta (explicando detalladamente lo que se quiere hacer y enviando proyecto, fotos, medidas y materiales) para que sea incluida en las autorizaciones de obra.
Cuando se vaya aproximando la fecha de la reunión, recibirán la Convocatoria (donde encontrarán el formulario de delegación de voto, a rellenar y firmar en caso de no poder asistir en persona) con la información del lugar y hora y todos los documentos.

We inform you that the next AGM will be held on Friday the 12th of March 2027.
Those owners that would like a proposal to be included in the Calling and/or ask for authorization to carry out works in their properties, can do it sending an e-mail to OCSI (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), before the 15th of January, with the proposal (explaining with detail the work and sending the project, photos, measures and materials) so that it can be included in the work authorizations.
As the date will come close, you will receive the Calling (where you will find the proxy form, that you will have to fill and sign in case you are not able to be present at the meeting) with the information of the place and time and all the documents.
